With BCH's IDHA team, I am working on analyzing data on care coordination/digital triage which has involved primarily two parts - first, going through hospital data and finding ways to explain the role of the care coordinators through workflow and data analyses and secondly, reaching out to other hospitals and communicating with stakeholders to find successful model care coordination programs to help BCH improve theirs. I have learned a lot about various ways technology has been integrated in hospitals, and it has been interesting to learn about the future vision of care coordination for patient care.
