This summer, I am working in the Department of Global Health of Save the Children. More specifically, I have been working on a set of course modules for about health systems strengthening in the context of integrated community case management (iCCM), a community-based strategy for treating common childhood diseases like malaria, pneumonia, and diarrhea. I've also had the opportunity to read about other programs and the organization as a whole. Save the Children is an intellectual vibrant workplace. There are many opportunities to learn more about their work across regions and countries, regardless of which team you are working on.
