I've been working for the lab team at Partners in Health in Boston. The main focus of my project is to use the system DHIS2 to create a standardized reporting system for all of the labs that PIH supports in the seven countries it serves. From there, I will collect and analyze the data about number of tests performed, results, equipment or staff problems, etc. and compare our data to World Health Organization guidelines in order to monitor the performance of our labs and identify key aspects to focus on improving
