This summer, I am incredibly lucky to be working with the Community, Rights, and Gender department within the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB, and Malaria. Working specifically with the gender team, I am conducting an original qualitative analysis of the Global Fund's investments in Gender-Based Violence (GBV)-related programming as a means of slowing and preventing the spread of HIV/AIDS. As part of this research, I am focusing on 33 countries and millions of dollars of investments to identify what programming exists on the ground, what interventions are effective, and how investing in GBV activities could be improved. Learning from the CRG team and the Global Fund in general has been a dream come true. Merci!
