This summer, I'm a NASTAD woman! I'm on NASTAD's Health Care Access (HCA) Team. HCA monitors and provides technical assistance to Ryan White Program Part B Coordinators and AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) Coordinators in U.S. states and territories to help them help provide life-saving medications and other core medical and support services to vulnerable people living with HIV. I've been developing resources, attending meetings, and analyzing Part B Programs and ADAPs. I'm also working with other NASTAD teams, including Health Systems Integration, HIV Prevention & Health Equity, and Policy & Legislative Affairs to develop a more holistic understanding of HIV in the U.S.
