The Institute for Diversity in Health Management runs a 12-week paid internship program, which is open to ethnically under-represented students. The internship is located in metropolitan areas around the country, and provides guidance for students interested in health care management. Interns shadow mentors, attend seminars and participate in a real-world management project.
